Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Akko Ember (“we”, “us”) operates a restaurant at HaHagana St 14, Old City, Akko, Israel. You can reach us about privacy at table@akkoember.pro or +972 4 991 2847.

2. What we collect

• Booking details you send us: name, phone, email, date, party size, seating preference and any notes such as allergies.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device type and pages viewed.
• Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.

3. Why we use it

We use booking details only to confirm and manage your reservation, contact you about it and prepare for dietary needs. Technical data helps us keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, and — for guests from the European Union — with the GDPR where it applies. Bookings are handled to take steps you ask for; analytics run only with your consent.

7. How long we keep data

Booking records are kept for up to 12 months after your visit, then deleted, unless the law requires longer retention for accounting purposes.

8. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the restaurant (for example, email hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
